Likewise, the users of the Website are obliged to use the contents diligently and the contents contained therein, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation, as well as in good faith and good custom, and without contravening moral or public order.

ADLIBITUM reserves the right to make, without prior notice, at any time and with immediate effect, the periodic modifications and updates it deems appropriate to the Terms and Conditions. Therefore, ADLIBITUM recommends that users of the Website review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

ADLIBITUM shall not be liable for damages caused to users of the Website by malicious software, actions of cybercriminals or other unlawful interferences by third parties.
